I know them well, because listening to them, believing them, I lost lots of hair myself… 

I’ve been tendering, delivering, operating and financing mega infrastructure PPP projects for 20 years in Europe, North America and New Zealand, as COO, CEO and Board Member… I survived and I’ve even kept my sense of humor.

When mega projects go wrong is rarely the fault of the people working on it, usually the best talent of experienced contractors and investors. Unfortunately, PPPs don’t include the C of Complexity, and the lack of preparation and training is the sure suspect when big projects get into trouble. 

Changing the lives of people, cities and even countries for the better through infrastructure is my passion. Helping leaders, agencies and companies to achieve that is what I do.
